Retreats

I co-hold retreat spaces with Alexandra, my partner. Together, we create safe and intentional spaces for healing, remembrance, and deep transformation.

We invite you to step away from the familiar rhythm of everyday life and enter the deeper current beneath it, a quieter flow guided by your body, your heart, the Earth, and the wisdom that lives within you.

Some of the spaces we hold are rooted in wellness, in rest, in circle, in ritual, and in gentle energetic healing.

Others open into deeper transformational work, approached with care, preparation, discernment, and conversation, so that each step is entered consciously and with support.

If you feel called to retreat work, let’s speak first and feel into what is truly aligned.

The Phoenix Women’s Retreat

Garrison, New York • May 15–17, 2026

This retreat carries the fire medicine of the Phoenix.

It is a women’s healing space for those who are wondering, What am I meant to do now?

This is not something to solve from the mind, but something to feel into with your heart, with your whole being. We will move through stillness and ceremony, with the support of the elements, held in the safe presence of Gaia, who restores what the mind cannot organize.

The land itself is part of the medicine. The trees, the air, the fire… they hold what does not need to be spoken.

This is not the full Phoenix Path, but it can open the doorway.

What this retreat holds

It is a place where something that has felt stuck, hard to shift, unclear, or just out of reach, may begin to move. Where the first steps of your own transformation become visible.

This work asks for integration. For this reason, the retreat includes a Reiki session within the two weeks that follow, to support what continues to unfol.

  • Fire ceremony
  • Magic of the Circle and intention setting
  • Reiki and energetic healing support
  • Journaling and self-reflection
  • Cacao ceremony
  • Gong bath / sound healing
  • Gentle yoga and Tai Chi
  • Somatic and energetic release practices
  • Pre and post retreat integration support

  • One in-person Reiki session

For some women, this weekend will be enough. For others, it may become the beginning of a deeper journey into the Phoenix Path.

Discernment, Care & Practical Notes

Because this retreat includes ceremonial and energetic elements, it is important that each woman enters with honesty, grounding, and care.

Please read all retreat guidance before attending. If cacao or any ceremonial substances are part of the space, it is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare providers regarding contraindications, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, cardiovascular concerns, mental health considerations, or any other condition that may require discernment.

This is a private home, not a hotel. Shared respect, kindness, and care for the home and for one another are part of tending the container well.

  • Full payment is due upon arrival.
  • If you cancel 10 full calendar days before arrival, prepaid amounts are fully refundable.
  • If you cancel less than 10 full calendar days before arrival, the refund is the prepaid amount less a $250 cancellation fee.
  • If the retreat does not meet minimum participation, prepaid amounts are refunded.

Address details can be shared closer to the retreat after payment arrangements are complete.

Other Retreat Spaces

In addition to New York retreats, I also hold and co-create other intimate retreat containers, including women-centered retreat work in Costa Rica and other spaces that are shaped through timing, place, and alignment.

These offerings are approached with the same care: preparation beforehand, intentional holding during the retreat, and integration afterward.

Because this work is personal and can be profound, I do not offer automatic booking. Conversation comes first.
