Water Reiki
Water Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energetic healing session designed to restore flow, release blockages, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.
Each session meets what is present in the moment. I work with life force energy through hands-on and hands-above techniques, allowing the system to settle into deeper balance, relaxation, and clarity.
This offering is especially supportive when you are feeling depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or in need of grounding and energetic renewal.
This work invites you to receive. It does not require mental engagement in order to unfold.
Aqua Magica
Aqua Magica is a water-based healing experience that takes place in a private pool setting.
The water is first prepared and charged with Reiki, creating a supportive and receptive field for deeper energetic work.
As trust builds and the body is ready, the process may include brief, guided submersion under water, typically for 10 to 20 seconds, allowing for a deeper release, reset, and surrender.
This offering is available for clients who have access to a private pool where the session can be held.
Aqua Magica is a deeper, more immersive experience and unfolds at a pace that respects the body, the breath, and the level of readiness present.

Intention Groups are offered freely when a group of 7 people gathers together with a shared intention.
I guide the group and hold the energetic container. These gatherings support connection, collective healing, and the amplification of focused intention in community.

Magic of the Circle
Magic of the Circle is a communal healing space rooted in presence, connection, and shared transformation.
These gatherings offer a place to be witnessed, supported, and held in community.
They are an invitation to remember that healing does not always happen alone. Sometimes, it deepens in circle.
Magic of the Circle is offered monthly in Armonk and Mamaroneck.
